How should I make use of this summer to study

I will be f3 next school term, and I really want to make use of this summer to finish the f3 syllabus(mainly math and sci).

How should I improve my chi and eng? I will be reading scmp ever day, and listen to tvb pearl news. For chinese, I will do some 'men yin men' exercise every day. Except these, how can I improve my languages?

And since I am interested in sci, so I think I will choose phy, chem, bio in f4,and I want to try my best to finish the f3 syllabus in this summer, for
phy: already finish heat, reflection and refraction
chem: just finish aristo 'atomic structure'
bio: not yet read anything
math: finish about 1/4 of the whole year syllabus

I can spend a maximum of 3-4 hours to study every day(in july), how should I arrangemen my time?

actually, you have something missed for Science:

for phy, i dunno if yr sku requires student to study the [color=red]'Lens Formula'[/color], but my sku requires us to learn it.
for chem: remember the[color=red] first 20 elements,[/color] including the name and the symbol (eg: hydrogen, H), ionic and covalent bond
for bio: the follow are the topics covered:
1) Introducing Biology
2) The cell as the basic unit of life
3) Movement of substance across cell membrane
4) Enzymes and metabolism
5) Food and human

for 2, remember the names of the organelles and it function(u have learnt some of them in F2 actually, but a bit more will be learnt in F3, eg: ER, Ribosomes....). Also make clear of wht is prokaryotic and eukaryotic cells

for 3, understand the structure of cell membrane, know wht is [color=red]diffusion, osmosis, active transport and phagocytosis. [/color][color=black]Make sure u know how they work.[/color]
for 4, know wht is enzyme, factors affecting the reaction of enzyme(temperature, pH....), inhibitors
for 5, know wht is function of the food substance (carbohydrate, protein, vitamins.....)

back to yr question, actually u have to spend at least 5 hours on science if u reli wanna finish the whole F3 syllabus... I believe you have a number of summer holiday hw, right? I suggest you studying the more important part first cuz time is reli not enough if u wanna do such a lot of things in juz 2 monthes time.

diffusion, osmosis, active transport  may be a bit complicated and hard for you since they are confusing. Try not to    be so stressed and depressed during the coming summer vocation. Why don't you take a rest from the stressful life  and concrete jungle ?

I heard that bio requires us to memorize a lot of things, is that true for f3 bio. I dun mind memorizjng things, but I am afraid I will forget some of when school starts.

can't agree with u more~ indeed, thats reli tough to study the whole F3 bio syllabus...  take a rest and continue yr study in the coming academic year la =)

For chemistry, I suggest you learn how to write chemical formulae first！
