I see you putting effort in how to make the best use of different vocabulary and sentence structure,
but unfortunately, in an unnatural way.
Frankly speaking, if you simplify your complex sentences into concise words,
it may even give a better impression to the marker.
A wide range of vocabulary definitely benefits students in expressing ideas,
but the point is -- accuracy.
Some grammatical errors can be found in the passage,
'who specializing the environment' -> 'who are specializing in environmental protection'
or 'the amount of the waste must reduce extremely' -> 'the amount of the waste must be reduced significantly'
(extremely should not be used in this case)
to name a few.
But to conclude, the grammar thing isn't a big threat to you and good luck in your other subjects
