Area of an octagon

Original Question
An octagon has 4 sides of 3 cm and 4 sides of 2 cm. Find the area of the octagon.
My answer : If I set the sides alternately, then I can find the area of the octagon is 13+12sqrt(2) cm^2.
but my question is : any other possible answer if the sides are not set alternately?
