1st statement : the reaction between ethanoic acid and sodium hydroxide solution does not proceed to completion
2nd: ethanoic acid does not complete ionized in water

electrons flow from a more conc. ZnSO4 to less conc. ZnSO4 in order to equalize the concentration on both side.

How comes?then it will become more concentrated
ZN ---------> Zn2+ + 2e-  (concentration increase)
