Evidence of enantiomer,
1) the isomer is non-superimposable with its "mirror image" form
2) the isomer has no internal plane of symmetry
3) the two isomers can rotate the plane of polarization of the plane-polarized light into opposite spin (that's why we also call them optical isomer)
Note that if the enantiomer is maded up of 4 different groups with a central carbon, we called that carbon chiral centre.
