-除左有最貼近syllabus的精美筆記外, 也會根據考評局DSE Sample paper, Practice paper及Past paper (2012, 2013, 2014, 2015, 2016, 2017年DSE, or AS M&S), 教授最有用的答題技巧

-上課前預先挑選具代表性的題目, 到正式上課時從旁指導學生答題,講學生有臨場面對題目的機會之餘, 期間也會提出引導性問題, 刺激學生思維, 希望下次遇到同類題型時更能得心應手

-面對基礎冇咁穩紮的學生, 也可以先講述課題要點才開始做練習

對象: F4-F6

Tutoring flow
1) Binomial theorem, e^x, ln x, graph, limit

2) Differentiation: basic operations, slope of tangents,rate of change, applications (maxima and minima)

3) Integration: basic operations, indefinite and definite integration, integration by substitution, area, other applications, trapezoidal rule
*Differentiation和Integration的LQ係DSE M1卷中較難的部分,因為考評局會炒埋一齊出,所以學生要懂得分辨幾時要d,幾時要in (此部分也是學生能否穩奪5*/5**的關鍵)

4) Probability: conditional probability, independence, Bayes’Theorem, discrete probability distribution, expectation & variation

5) Distribution: Binomial, Geometric, Poisson and their applications

6) Normal distribution: basic concepts, standardization,applications

7) Sample determination, sampling distribution and point estimates, confidence interval


M2:

Surds
Mathematical induction
Binomial Theorem
Trigo (**very important for M2)
The number e

Limits
Differentiation (need to know how to differentiate trigo functions!)
Application of differentiation (curve sketching!)

Indefinite integration (integration of trigo functions and integration by parts!)
Definite integration (even, odd and periodic functions!)
Application of definite integration (area and VOLUME!)

Determinants
Matrices
System of linear equations

Introduction to vectors
Scalar product and vector product
Application of vectors
