想問問有關econ既concept thx:)

1. GDP計唔計i)買地買樓既錢?(excluding commisions)  ii)interest of bonds, savings deposit?


2.whats the difference between diversifying and reducing risk?  For conglomerat expansion  我本econ寫reduce risk through diversification 但dse好似正係比寫spread risk…


3.vertical expansion 同risk有冇關系?eg 可唔可以話佢reduce risk because supply of inputs more stable?!


4.whats market diversification? Or it is simply out-c?


5.whats the difference between property tax and rates?


6.accomodation tax 係香港有冇?


7.比錢黑衣is it a current transfers?


8.whats the meaning of 'fall short of'?

for Q1, I wonder if second hand market is included in GDP as it is a pure transfer of ownership (no "production" at all)
