Your performance in Chemistry is too weak. That would lower your overall performance in
two required electives, that could be detrimental to your admission at HKU. By the way, it is expected that a successful applicant has attained at least Level 3 in two elective subjects.

There would be no useful answer at this time since:
1) Upon meeting ALL MINIMUM admission requirements, whether one can be admitted or not depends on the relative academic performance with respect to all qualified applicants. This is a demand-and-supply game. Thus, we will know the answer only when the game is being played.
2) HKDSE is totally new with respect to HKCEE and HKALE. There is
no HISTORICAL record we can extrapolate or predict.
Given there are n places available, you will be admitted if your relative ranking among all qualified applicants is within n.
Hence, should you try your best and good luck!
